Your Purpose:

You will be responsible for using marketing technology platforms to deliver exceptional data-driven initiatives, ensuring target audiences are based on the most sophisticated data available.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for increasing the return on investment of digital advertising for our clients and will achieve this through enabling the seamless flow of data between CRM, Analytics, CDPs/DMPs and media platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create custom audiences within MarTech platforms (CDPs, DMPs and CRMs) for deployment across all media channels, including programmatic and social channels.
  • Set up platform integrations and data pipelines to enable improved data availability, portability and utility for various teams.
  • Troubleshoot platform errors and maintenance of platform health for multiple technologies.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis for campaigns, providing insights into customer behaviour and measuring the impact of media.
  • Lead and manage in the proposal and implementation of data strategy and solution for clients
  • Presenting solutions and results to clients and agency partners in meaningful ways.

Your Expertise:

The ideal candidate would need to have an array of technical skills coupled with a strong ability to think critically/creatively.

  • Previous experience in a similar role working on MarTech platforms
  • Experience working with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud or Advertising Studio)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong client management experience
  • Experience working in an insights or data analysis role is advantageous
