Sr. HR Data Analyst - Remote | WFH

As a Senior HR Metrics Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Capital Management System (HCMS) Manager. You will be the primary developer and owner of HR metrics reporting, responsible for managing the Oracle HCMS system, and leading system enhancement projects. Your contributions will ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR reporting while optimizing the flow of business processes across Oracle HCMS modules.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop key HR metrics, including demographics, turnover, and open requisitions.

Create and maintain talent dashboards for reporting key HR metrics regularly.

Ensure consistency and accuracy in all HR reports, identifying and addressing reporting inconsistencies.

Collaborate with system owners to identify and resolve root causes of issues, including data entry inconsistencies.

Establish standard reporting with accurate and consistent data for internal departments, management, HR surveys, and regulatory reporting.

Design reports and set up automated reporting where appropriate, organizing frequent HR reports.

Provide data and periodic reporting for surveys, meetings, and other ad hoc requests.

Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including accounting, audit, HR, legal, and senior leaders, to understand and address reporting needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

3-5 years of experience in HR or Finance reporting and analytics

Experience using HCMS systems, preferably Oracle Fusion

Strong SQL skills

Experience with Power BI

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Oracle BI Experience (highly Preferred But Not Required)

OTBI Experience (highly preferred but not required)

Skills And Knowledge

Background knowledge/familiarity with HR/Recruitment metrics

Extensive experience with HR systems and advanced reporting (Oracle preferred)

Ability to build dashboards with SQL

Project management experience and the ability to lead projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional documentation and organizational skills

Ability to translate data needs into concise and presentable reports and presentations

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

This is a hybrid remote position, with a combination of remote and onsite work required in Lynn, MA, as necessary.
