Working within the Customer Fulfilment Team, you will be instrumental inleading the creation of best in class fulfilment processes that will ensurewe deliver our Versius robot, spare parts and consumables to all global marketswith the highest levels of customer service performance at least cost. Using proven process improvement methodologies,you will facilitate cross-functional teams to define, justify and thenimplement new fulfilment processes which enable us to efficiently scale at pacein a way that that is sustainable for our teams.

= Lead andcoach internal/external teams in the application of recognised processimprovement techniques (LEAN, Six sigma) to create best in class fulfilmentprocesses that align with our strategy.
= Expert governanceand programme management of all improvement activities, ensuring timely andeffective communication to all key stakeholders of results delivery versusplan.
= Drive aculture of continuous improvement with the Customer Fulfilment function. Trainthe team in the use and application of recognised process improvementmethodologies (e.g. LEAN, Six Sigma).
= Execute changewell. Apply advanced change management practices to successfully embed changewithin impacted teams.
= Providesuperior data analytics to support key strategic projects, Customer FulfilmentS&OP process, Customer Fulfilment Delivery Performance dashboards and adhocrequests.
= Providedata-driven insights that highlight key focus areas for improvement.

You will need to:
= Be educated to degree level, coupledwith significant professional experience in an operations or consultancyenvironment
= Be delivery focussed with a passionfor flawless execution
= Have demonstrable experience inleading transformational CI activities within a Supply Chain function
= Be an expert change practitioner and qualifiedtrainer in recognised Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desirable)
= High energy and passionate aboutmaking a difference. Demonstratedthrough a proven track record of making transformational, quantifiable improvementsto business performance
= Possess exceptional data analyticalskills (- advanced Excel skills, NetSuite reporting skills) and good attentionto detail
= A natural communicator, possessing astrong sense of urgency (without panic) and ability to multitask and adapt toquickly changing circumstances
It would be desirable for you to:
= Have an MBA or equivalentprofessional experience
= Have experience within a regulatedenvironment or medical devices market
