PayPal, Inc seeks Senior Marketing Data Analyst in San Jose, CA:
Job Duties: Develop and implement the data strategy, targeting and execution for all lead generation related campaigns and collaborate with partners to enable other omni-channel marketing campaigns. Lead and implement targeting campaigns for Core Markets through data-driven approach to lead generation across multiple channels. Enhance the technical capability of the B2B team and deliver the build out of innovative approaches to targeting customers. Create an “always-on” approach for identifying and scoring leads using automation to gather data from disparate data sources. Partner with engineers and data scientists to guide the construction of complex data structures and multi-system processes. Analyze data and systems to determine the impact of practices and procedures. Utilize experience in analytics, lead generation, Marketing database, SQL, Python, R, Salesforce, Teradata, or other language or software to perform data analytical tasks and drive marketing and sales campaigns. Telecommuting is an option. Work may be performed anywhere in the United States.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related quantitative discipline plus five (5) years of post-Bachelor’s, progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Python, Tableau, Spark, Salesforce, Teradata, MicroStrategy, Restful API, Jupyter Notebooks, SQL
Experience can be gained through academic coursework, scholastic achievement, or work experience. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
