Infection prevention and control is our primary objective and is supported by a proud and committed workforce across frontline operations and corporate functions. Together, we work hard to keep Victorians safe during this global pandemic.

About The Role

Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for a range of projects including compiling, analysing and interpreting data for reporting purposes to assist with influencing ongoing operational performance of the Workplace Relations function.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver a Workplace Relations reporting process (business intelligence) that provides senior leaders with robust documentation.
  • Generate reports for the Director, Industrial Relations and relevant stakeholders on HR metrics.
  • Implement and maintain a central repository for Workplace Relations HR data and information.
  • Develop data sets, info graphic and PowerPoint presentations on a range of topics.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, submissions, briefings and correspondence at an advanced professional level.

About You

You will be solutions focused with a natural flair for interpreting and presenting data to a wide range of audiences, as well as having excellent communication skills. This is a key role with the following main responsibilities;

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role performing data analysis and research.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team across a complex and process driven environment.
  • Experience in the use of recognised statistical and analytical applications such as SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • A relevant qualification in a related field, including experience in empirical, quantitative research techniques will be highly regarded.

Excellent opportunity for a technical savvy professional with a desire to develop a successful career and be part of a high performing team.

Out of hours contact, and weekend work, may be required from time to time.
