Our client is a financial trading analytics and regulatory compliance software company that provides services to clients ranging from the biggest investment banks and stock exchanges to the industry’s newest rising stars.
Our client is seeking a motivated professional who will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of our clients’ experience. You will work with a team in a relaxed, collaborative environment to make sure clients are getting the most out of our products by identifying and solving problems related to client data processing and reporting. Scope of work includes answering client questions, troubleshooting errors, investigating data discrepancies, writing scripts as necessary, working with client counterparties, client onboarding, and adjusting database schemas.
