Lead Data Analyst – Product Supply

You can join one of our offices, which are located in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice and Gdansk or work fully remotely. We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences.

About The Project

The Global Product Supply Analytics team focuses on bringing digital transformation and innovation by creating best in class analytical solutions enabling data-driven decision making and performance optimization.

You will be part of the Global Data Assets & Analytics organization with full accountability for ideation, design, delivery, and adoption Product Supply analytics products. You will partner with business sponsors, data science, and technical engineering teams to identify solutions where analytics can be used to differentiate our offering and add value to our customers.


  • Define, develop, and execute analytical products strategy, features and criteria for evaluating vendors/partners to make ongoing buy/build or partner decisions
  • Design the Product Supply analytics products vision while gathering and prioritizing requirements and partner with cross functional stakeholders all the way up to senior leadership to drive flawless implementation of your vision
  • Lead and manage an external team that designs and implements new analytical products in an agile fashion
  • Orchestrate analytics product launches and releases including training for internal users
  • Align with data assets and analytics strategy by producing and contributing to building internal data assets
  • Ensure all products have considered business value/outcomes, usability, viability, and feasibility
  • Drive change and influence the organization beyond the IT function by cultivating cross-functional collaboration, and realizing business outcomes leveraging the power of data & analytics
  • Ensure analytical products generate insights to accelerate data driven culture and decision making


  • Strong analytics experience, ideally in an agile environment supporting the life cycle of supply analytical products (development, testing, launch, training support)
  • Supply chain management and product lifecycle experience
  • Good knowledge of Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiar with data-related toolset: Azure Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks
  • High analytical drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgement
  • Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data in a compelling way
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Master's degree in computer science, business, management or similar
