🚀We are looking for a Data Scientist, who will join our client's project focused on fine-tuning, benchmarking, integrating, deploying, and exhaustively testing proprietary model and open-source Vision Language Models (VLMs) and Vision Language Actions (VLAs) for a robotics application.

Main responsibilities:

• Optimize proprietary and OpenVLA models for specific robotics use cases, including image-text-action tokenization
• Conduct performance benchmarking and exhaustive testing to ensure model robustness and accuracy
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to integrate and deploy models into their robotics systems
• Maintain documentation of processes and provide support by troubleshooting any issues post-deployment

Main requirements for this role:

• Proficiency in Vision Language Models (VLMs) and Vision Language Actions (VLAs)
• Experience with model fine-tuning, particularly in the context of robotics
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Familiarity with tokenization techniques for image-text-action sequences
• Experience with model benchmarking and performance evaluation.
• Skills in integrating and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., OpenVLA, Transformers).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) for model deployment and testing.
• Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
