The company is looking for Scrum Master/Agile Coach to build their Enterprise Agile Transformation team. The candidate brings knowledge of Agile principles and ceremonies, scaling Agile in organizations experiences, in collaboration across complex organizations, removing impediments, and ensuring team progress towards their missions and deliverables.
Serve as Scrum Master/Agile Coach leading Agile teams focusing on projects for
Transformation Projects. Oversee project development and ensure effective completion and delivery.
Work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, other Agile Coaches, and other stakeholders to progress along with the required agenda.
Promote Agile culture, values, behaviors, and principles across business, development, and testing organizations.
Create a collaborative team environment; partner with Agile Coach to provide constructive feedback for continuous agile improvements.
Plan and conduct Agile meetings/ceremonies: Sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand up, test plan and test cases reviews, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc.
Review and manage the backlog and in-progress items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate.
Maintain team metrics and report project statuses on a regular basis to the Product Owner, and to project stakeholders.
Takes ownership to drive through resolutions of issues or blockers, coordinate directly with other development/product teams on inter-dependencies or through the scrum-of-scrum ceremony.
Takes a lead role in overall release management, which includes end-to-end regression test coordination, ensure SDLC artifact adherence run book coordination, and deployment support
Coordinate with the team on deployment preparations and execution.
Experience as a Scrum Master and scaled Agile or transformation roles in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
Skilled and experienced in Lean-Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban methodologies,
Scaled Agile Methodologies, implementation of scaled Agile constructs, etc.
Ability to understand system flows, interface details, and system infrastructure.
Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.
Ability to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents including identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths.
Led and demonstrated experience in the transformation of component Teams
Ability to review and manage backlog items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate.
Experience in creating a collaborative team environment and provide constructive feedback in order to drive Agile maturity.
Ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Actively work with the Product Owners/Product Managers/Portfolio Managers in building and prioritizing backlogs, roadmaps, and vision
Strong familiarity with Agile project management software/tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.).
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification/Scaled Agile Certifications/Certified
Scrum Master (CSM) certification or its equivalent
