Team Leader- Data Analyst

• Work with subject matter experts and Data/ Business Analysts to understand business data and related processes
• Using Agile and Dev/Ops methods, build platform architecture using a variety of sources (on-premise such as SQL Server, cloud IaaS/ SaaS such as Azure).
• Integrate data from a variety of business subject areas: finance, franchise sales, POS, IoT, marketing etc.
• Implement rules & automate data cleansing, mapping, transformation, logging, and exception handling.
• Design, build, and deploy databases and data stores
• Participate in cross-functional teams to promote technology strategies, analyze and test products, perform proofs-of-concept, and pilot new technologies and/or methods.
• Establish and document standards, guidelines, and best practices for teams utilizing the solutions.
• Review vendor solution designs to ensure technology appropriateness, standards compliance, and platform capacity alignment.
• Develop Machince Learning (ML) Analytics Algorithms for Data Science / Big Data Analytics
• Implement / operationalize Analytics by developing representations and visualizations in BI.
  
  

Position Overview

• The Data Analyst’s role is to design and build data-centric solutions that provide actionable business insights and deepen analytic capabilities in the Coca-Cola System.
• The incumbent will have an understanding of Interactive Business Intelligence Solutions like Power BI,Tableau, etc , that provide actionable business insights and deep analytics capabilities in the Coca-Cola System and in the Asia Pacific region.
• He/she should have exposure to Azure data and analytics services like Azure SQL Database, Synapse analytics and Azure analysis service. Exposure to predictive and machine learning algorithms using python.
  
  

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

• Expert level skill in Power BI/Tableau
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with geographically diverse teams via collaborative technologies.
• Confident in Python for data processing
• Advanced skill in Azure Data service – data factory, databricks, Synapse analytics , Analysis Services
• Good to have skills - experience in predictive and ML alogorithms
• Good to have skill - Devops/ dataops
  
  

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  
  

Related Work Experience

• 4+ years of experience analyzing data as part of BI/Analytics solution initiatives.
  
  

Functional Skills

• Expert level skill in SQL and Power BI
• Advanced in Python for data processing
• Advanced skills in data design for analytics including relational and NoSQL.
• Advanced skill in Azure Data service – data factory, databricks, Synapse analytics , Analysis Services
• Working knowledge of predictive and amchine learning models.
• Working knowledge or experience in Dev/Ops
