Training Data Analyst

Job description

The Training Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining metrics associated with the Training Team. The Training Data Analyst will maintain the Training Tableau Dashboard keeping it current with the data in the Learning Management System. The candidate will work with customers, team members to identify their training reporting needs and work through the Training data to search for answers. The position requires the candidate to work cross-functionally with other departments, partners, and end-customers and therefore requires exceptional communications skills and high energy.

Tasks

  • Possess data management skills to manipulate data
  • Develop reports and maintain training data documentation
  • Create test plans for data migrations
  • Document and manage training content & reporting requirements
Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred in IT, Computer Science, Organizational Development or related field, Project Management Certification (PMP) an asset
  • 5+ years’ experience working with data interfaces & databases
  • Able to work efficiently with large datasets
  • Expertise in writing SQL queries (needed for report development)
  • Highly proficient computer skills – to include a mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Access) and ability to work with multiple application technologies and tools
  • Knowledge of developing lists in SharePoint with integrations to MS Forms
  • Fluency in English

  • Oracle Taleo experience would be a significant asset
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx would be an asset
