The Opportunity


The Information Management Business Data Analyst works as a bridge between business and technology teams. They focus on information management and explores ways in which information, people and systems interact, undertaking detailed business analysis to identify and understand problems the organisation is facing. Undertaking business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, documentation, workshopping, UAT and leading business process change management. The Business Analyst is the human factor in translating user requirements into systems requirements, shaping the system design and implementation as the owner of requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.. You will develop data mapping and data flows to assist technical stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to engage with business leaders, clinicians, knowledge workers and system users to understand how changes to information and data, processes, services and software can deliver required organisational outcomes. The Business Data Analyst can effectively communicate across multiple stakeholder groups to support organisational change objectives.
