- To perform day-to-day Operations support for Financial Management with secondary support for Asset Management/Vendor Management under instruction from the Operational Support Lead.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annually status reporting, forecasting and associated deliverables aligned with the operational activities of the Operational Support function.
- Support Operational Support team for tasks required for functional continuity of the Service Recovery and Test Centre of Excellence organization across asset/vendor management and when required, providing support to other areas of responsibility of the Operation team
To support Financial Management, Tracking, Expenditure, Control & Forecasting operations allocated to the Service Recovery unit and Test Centre of Excellence within UOB, including but not limited to below works:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Represent Service Recovery/Test Centre of Excellence Operations team in Annual reviews / updates to central finance teams
- Review of processes and recommendation for efficiency / improvements
- Support other Operational resources managing Resource Management / Workforce Planning and Asset and Vendor Management
