Minimum Skills And Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education, training, and work experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience in analytics.
• Solid background in mathematics or statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with data manipulation and pivot tables.
• Experience with SQL, preferably SQL Server.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python and R.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable opportunities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish working relationships.
• High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly.
