About the role:

K Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our analytics team.


Typical projects you can expect include but are not limited to:

  • Developing frameworks for analyzing funnels
  • Designing experiments to test hypotheses on high-impact changes to improve conversion
  • Deep dive into creative performance to identify trends that inform additional creative development
  • Manage Google Analytics to ensure we are tracking all the critical steps in the user-journey
  • Develop attribution models that help us measure the performance of our marketing channels

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years experience as a data analyst
  • 2+ years experience analyzing marketing data specifically
  • Strong proficiency with SQL a must
  • Working knowledge of A/B experimentation
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data validation, look-up functions, etc.)
  • Proven data presentation ability
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of direct to consumer marketing
  • Strong business acumen; can consider higher-level business context and thinking while still approaching analytical problems with technical precision and data-mindedness

Bonuses:

  • Experience developing marketing attribution models
  • Knowledge and/or experience with BI tools (Looker preferred)
  • Past experience with the design and execution of A/B Experiments
