Where your expertise is needed
  • Consult marketing team and bolster actions by bringing data-driven insight, developing prediction models and building dashboards.
  • Set up models to track, attribute and optimize ROI on channels - including offline campaigns.
  • Help our product development team in streamlining Homedays customer acquisition tools by setting up A/B tests, investigating acquisition flows and user journey.
  • Conduct quantitative researches and derive recommended actions for specific business questions to help our management making the right decisions in marketing domain.
  • Explore the data proactively to find insights that bring the business forward and support developing KPIs and targets.
  • Control and proactively contribute to data quality in the marketing domain.
  • Train your colleagues to use data solutions at their daily work and be an ambassador of data-driven decision making.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: You have at least one year experience in performance marketing domain as analyst or conversion optimization manager, experienced with both digital and offline marketing data analysis. You are experienced at performing quantitative analysis and making their results actionable.
  • Value creation mindset: You combine curiosity with critical thinking and have the ability to listen carefully and presenting your thoughts clearly.
  • Tools & Software: Your are an expert at Google Analytics and highly skilled with spreadsheet tools. You also bring experience with Tableau (or similar data analysis tools).
  • Coding skills: You are proficient with SQL. Additionally you have skills in Python, R, JS or HTML.
  • Knowledge: You bring a knowledge of statistical analysis methods and ability to apply them.
  • Language: You are fluent in English. Business proficiency in German is a plus.
