We’re building a new community of tech champions to guide us through an ambitious digital transformation.
We need digital stars like you to pioneer our data and architecture practices, so we can make informed data-oriented business decisions.
It will mean working with incredible people in various product teams on a lot of cool stuff, like:
Play your part in our team succeeding
You’ll be part of a top-notch group of data champions who love exploring new ideas and solving problems.
We’re hiring for a diverse group as we believe this brings perspectives that help us solve the toughest challenges. You will be based in our offices in Denmark or London so we welcome applications from across the globe.
Joining our technology family means you're part of something big and meaningful. Data is a key focus area for our ELT group and for our next phase of growth at the LEGO Group. Our work approach is agile and we are the business decision enablers who provide our colleagues and ELT members with data so they can make informed decisions. Work life balance and flexibility are part of our culture that is centred around great collaboration, flat hierarchies, and having fun at work.
Do you have what it takes?
You have a strategic mindset and know how to stay on strategy. You are skilled in change management, open to new approaches, patient with people and you have excellent interpersonal skills.
When you speak, people listen and trust your expert opinion. People look up to you and seek to become as skilled as you are. You inspire people to follow you, not by dictating or controlling but thanks to your skill in your craft.
You’re an excellent problem solver who is not fixed on technology but looks at how to craft the best solution. You love a technical challenge and filling in the dots to ensure that all requirements are specified.
Being a tech and data champion, you have worked with many different technologies and are passionate about learning and staying on top of new technology insights. We envision you have a software engineering and Data Science background but if you have a different background and have a lot of cool experience then show us what you can do.
