Description:

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Generally, supports commodity or generic/unspecified skills, such as application support, Business Analyst, compliance consulting, data analytics/reporting, and training management/communications.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a variety of complicated tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Strong attention to detail, task/responsibility ownership, verbal and written communication skills, and quality/compliance focus expected.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g. vlookups, macros) and PowerPoint required, along with other Microsoft and general software (e.g. Adobe, Visio).
