Role Overview

You will also ensure data quality through robust data lineage practices and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, with a focus on large models (LLMs) to drive intelligent automation and decision-making.
• Leverage AI to build innovative solutions that optimize processes across the business.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks to streamline data processing, reporting, and other key workflows.
• Ensure data lineage is properly tracked, providing clear visibility into data transformations and usage across the organization.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries that document all data assets, ensuring transparency and consistency across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and business intelligence, to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.
• Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements in AI, machine learning, and data management, incorporating relevant developments into the company's data strategy.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience working with large models (LLMs) such as GPT or similar technologies.
• Strong proficiency in automation tools and techniques, with a track record of implementing data-driven process automation.
• Solid understanding of data lineage and its importance in maintaining data integrity across systems and platforms.
• Experience in building and managing data dictionaries, ensuring consistent data governance across the organization.
• Proficiency in programming such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with data science libraries and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large and complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working with financial data or in the financial services industry.
